We want you and your baby to love your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for items in original, unused condition with all packaging intact. If you are not completely satisfied, we provide a straightforward process to ensure a hassle-free return or exchange experience.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Select your reason for return and download the prepaid shipping label provided; a small return shipping fee will be deducted from your final refund.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the ergonomic carrier or accessory in its original box, include all manuals, and affix the prepaid label to the outside of the package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Take your package to any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
